What documents do I need to rent a car?
For rentals with a driver, an ID/passport is generally enough. For self-drive, a valid driving license is required (an International Driving Permit for foreign nationals). Message us to confirm the latest requirements.
Is a deposit or down payment required?
We'll confirm payment and deposit details with you when you book via WhatsApp.
Do the drivers speak English?
Some of our drivers can communicate in basic English. Let us know your needs when booking so we can match you accordingly.
What about fuel?
Fuel policy (included or not) will be explained when we confirm your booking.
Can you do airport pickup?
Yes. Share your flight details when booking and we’ll arrange pickup.
Can I rent for a trip outside Makassar, elsewhere in Sulawesi?
